PPA Training Solutions maintains a structured Operator Database designed to connect qualified, assessed candidates with security companies seeking proven capability. This platform is built to support both employment opportunities and professional accountability within the private security sector.

Operators who successfully complete our courses are given the option to register on the database. Inclusion is voluntary and subject to assessment performance and professional conduct standards. Only candidates who meet the required benchmark are listed.

The database is actively marketed to security companies and industry partners who require vetted personnel for permanent employment, contract work, or freelance deployments. Each listed operator’s training history and assessment performance are documented to provide transparent insight into their demonstrated capability.

Registration on the Operator Database is valid for a period of 12 months. At the end of this period, operators are required to complete a refresher shooting assessment to maintain their listing and demonstrate continued proficiency. This ensures that all listed candidates remain current, accountable, and performance-ready. Alternatively, operators may choose to enrol in a further development course to renew their standing.
